Invitation to market consultation: integrated integration training service in the Rovaniemi region

Summary

This is an invitation to a market consultation, not a contract notice or request for tenders. The City of Rovaniemi is planning an integrated immigrant integration training service for the Rovaniemi employment area, covering initial assessments, integration training modules, multilingual civic orientation, and literacy training from 2027. The intended delivery locations are Rovaniemi and Ranua, with remote participation available for some participants.
