Construction of a new workshop building and demolition of the old one at Lieto Central School, turnkey contract

Summary

The procurement covers a turnkey contract for constructing a new one-storey technical-education workshop building and its yard areas at the Taatila school campus in Lieto, and demolishing the existing workshop building. The new building will be approximately 780 gross m² and the building to be demolished approximately 700 gross m². Construction is estimated for January–November 2027, while demolition is planned for the school summer holiday period in June–July 2028. The main contractor will act as the statutory principal contractor. Tenders must be submitted by 7 October 2026 at 09:00. A joint site visit will take place on 8 September 2026 at 09:00; attendance must be confirmed by email no later than four days in advance, and visitors must bring safety shoes, clearly visible workwear, a safety helmet, eye protection and an identity card.
