EU noise assessment 2027 and noise abatement action plan 2029

Summary

The tender concerns an EU-compliant environmental noise assessment for streets, roads and certain separate sites in the City of Turku, together with a noise abatement action plan for 2029–2033. The noise assessment must be completed and entered in the environmental protection information system by 30 June 2027, and the action plan by 18 July 2029. The assessment will be carried out in cooperation with the City of Turku and the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency. One supplier will be selected. The tenderer must submit a general work plan describing how the assignment will be carried out and comply with the applicable legislation, regulations and the work description.
