Request for information and invitation to market dialogue: Improving traffic and logistics safety and efficiency in Kevätniemi, City of Lieksa

This is not a contract notice or invitation to tender, but a request for information and an open market dialogue concerning the planned improvement of traffic and logistics safety and efficiency in Kevätniemi, Lieksa. The project would create a new route for industrial traffic to Highway 73 via Kallio Street and separate incoming and outgoing traffic onto different routes. Lieksa City is the developer, and 50% of the estimated total project cost is financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Sustainable and Skilled Finland 2021–2027 programme.
