Collaborative design-and-build contract for the renovation of Oulu Music Centre, request for participation

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of Oulu Music Centre under a collaborative design-and-build contract. The SR contractor will act as the main contractor and be responsible for design and construction in accordance with the procurement documents. The project is expected to have separate development and implementation phases, with the contracting authority and service providers sharing responsibility for design, construction, schedules, costs and quality.
