Competitive tendering of industrial equipment maintenance services for Turku Vocational Institute

Summary

This is a market dialogue invitation, not a contract notice or request for tenders. The City of Turku is preparing a future procurement of industrial equipment maintenance services for Turku Vocational Institute. The planned contract period is 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with options for 1 January–31 December 2030 and 1 January–31 December 2031. The scope is divided into four lots: CNC machine tools; vehicle repair workshop lifts, including inspection maintenance and repairs when needed; welding machines; and other industrial machinery and equipment, such as manual lathes and pillar drills. Interested suppliers must register by email to Samu.Laaksonen@turku.fi by 15 September 2026, stating whether they will attend in person or via Teams, the participating persons and suitable time slots. The dialogues will take place on 21 and 23 September 2026. Participation is voluntary and will not affect the supplier’s position in any future tender.
