Invitation to market dialogue: nationwide operational telecommunications partner

Summary

This is a voluntary market dialogue concerning a possible future procurement of a nationwide operational telecommunications partner for Istekki Oy. Companies are invited to submit the completed Questions and Answers Form through the Tender Service portal by 9 September 2026 at 12:00 Finnish time. Responses must be in Finnish; Finnish-language brochures or other supporting material may also be attached. Istekki may invite selected respondents to an approximately one-hour Teams presentation in September–October 2026, but is not obliged to arrange meetings or launch a subsequent procurement. No separate compensation is paid for participating.
