Workwear Rental and Laundry Services Procurement

This is a request for information and market dialogue, not a contract notice or call for tenders. Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is preparing a joint procurement for itself and the City of Tampere covering workwear rental and laundry services. The planned service would include supplying workwear, collecting used garments, washing and maintaining them according to an agreed service schedule, procuring and delivering the garments, and properly disposing of garments taken out of use. Suppliers are asked to indicate by 2 September 2026 at 12:00 UTC whether they are interested in participating in the procurement planning. No tenders are submitted at this stage, participation is non-binding and is not a prerequisite for taking part in any later competition. No compensation is paid for responding or for related costs.
