Market dialogue on maintenance and repair services for technical work equipment and machinery

Summary

This is a market dialogue, not a procurement procedure or request for tenders. Tampere City is preparing a future procurement for maintenance and repair services for machinery, equipment and tools used in technical work teaching spaces at comprehensive schools. Interested companies are invited to discuss preventive maintenance and inspections, fault repairs and urgent maintenance, service scope and resourcing, service levels and response times, reporting, documentation, contract and pricing models, and market developments. Meetings will be held individually via Microsoft Teams on 5, 8 or 9 October 2026. Registration by email is requested by 24 September 2026 and must include the company name, participant names, contact details and preferred meeting time. Participation is voluntary and is not required for any later tender procedure.
