Multilingual civic orientation in the capital region

Summary

The tender covers multilingual civic orientation services in the Helsinki metropolitan area, divided into three lots: group-based orientation, support for independent study, and development of multilingual self-study materials. Group-based orientation comprises 70 hours over four weeks on weekdays between 8:30 and 16:00 and may be delivered in person in the supplier’s premises in Helsinki, online, or in a combined format. Independent-study support is provided in the participant’s own language or with an interpreter.
