Improvement of the Inkoo fairway

Summary

The procurement concerns a lump-sum works contract for improving maritime fairways in the Inkoo and Koverhar/Lappohja areas. The works include dredging, underwater rock excavation, disposal of dredged materials and modifications to fairway safety equipment. Contract 1 covers approximately 70,000 m³ of dredging and underwater excavation to achieve a 13 m design depth. Contract 2A covers widening the 13 m fairway leading to Inkoo port and approximately 200,000 m³ of dredging. Contract 2B covers deepening the Koverhar/Lappohja fairway from 12 m to 14 m and includes six dredging sites; site RK5 is an option.
