Mechanical snow removal and ice control

Summary

The tender concerns mechanical snow removal and ice control for the housing properties managed by Uuraisten Vuokratalot Oy. The contract covers all listed properties in Uurainen and is planned for two years plus one optional year from 1 November 2026, or as otherwise agreed. The contractor must provide snow ploughing and sanding, respond when the snow depth reaches 7 cm, complete ploughing and sanding areas by 10:00 after qualifying overnight snowfall, mark yards with snow poles before winter, and repair ploughing damage in spring. The hourly price is the sole stated evaluation basis and carries 100 points. The tender and all attachments must be submitted by 15 September 2026 at 12:00, and the tender must remain valid until at least 15 October 2026.
