Procurement of ventilation filters 2026–2028, option 1+1

Summary

The procurement covers ventilation filters for the supply and extract-air systems of the City of Mikkeli’s properties, together with product support, an ordering system, an initial survey, annual property inspections and expert services such as particle measurements and staff training. Deliveries may be made to properties in Mikkeli, Anttola, Haukivuori, Ristiina and Suomenniemi, and quantities and delivery locations may change according to actual needs. The estimated filter purchase value is approximately EUR 140,000 per year excluding VAT, with an estimated total value of EUR 560,000. The contract period is 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2028, with possible 1+1-year options. One supplier will be selected under a framework agreement.
