Asphalting of waste-centre processing yards, Jätekukko Oy

Summary

The contract covers profiling and asphalt paving of a waste-centre processing yard, as well as resurfacing an existing asphalt area. The new area is approximately 22,000 m² and requires AB16/120 asphalt with a 100 mm profiling layer made from the contractor’s crushed rock. The works also include trimming approximately 75 m of an existing asphalt edge and adjusting rainwater drains and valve covers to the correct level. A further approximately 5,000 m² is to be paved with dense ABT16/100 asphalt, bonded to the existing asphalt, with approximately 120 m of connection areas cut or milled. The works may start no earlier than 1 October 2026 and must be completed by 30 October 2026. One supplier will be selected, and the tender deadline is 2 September 2026 at 07:00 UTC.
