Summary

The tender concerns the supply of building materials and related hardware products in the Loviisa area. The scope includes timber, boards, panels, insulation, mortars, fillers, paints and painting supplies, tiles, floor coverings, doors and frames, as well as certain hand tools, storage products and outdoor, property and garden supplies. It excludes hand tools, fastening products, small chemicals, personal protective equipment, protective clothing, and building services, plumbing and electrical supplies. One contract supplier will be selected through an accelerated open procedure. Price is the only award criterion, with a total price weighting of 100 points. The contract is fixed-term for four years, with an expected start in September 2026, and the estimated value is EUR 414,000 excluding any applicable VAT.
