Summary

The tender concerns the supply of electricity for Uudenmaan Vammaispalvelut Oy. The contract is for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with 2028 and 2029 as option years. The bidder must submit a fixed-price offer on the pricing form through HILMA, in Finnish, and state the base fee, total energy price and seller’s delivery fee. The offer must be valid for four months, and the supplier must be able to add or remove sites during the contract period at the same prices. The contract covers 126 sites with an estimated annual consumption of about 5.3 GWh.
