Market survey for the renovation project of the C wing of A Hospital

Summary

This is a market survey and market dialogue concerning the planned renovation of the C wing of A Hospital in Finland; it is not a contract notice or a request for tenders. The planned project is an EU-threshold construction contract procured as a single main contract through an anticipated two-stage restricted procedure. The approximately 6,500 gross m² renovation would convert floors 1–8 into office and meeting facilities, renew lifts, technical systems, façade plastering and windows, and include controlled removal of asbestos and other hazardous substances. Interested contractors may register by email for the project presentation by 4 September 2026 at 12:00. Expressing interest does not bind a contractor to participate in the later tender and is not a precondition for doing so. The indicative construction period is 2 March 2027 to 15 December 2028.
