Cold-weather emergency outreach and overnight shelter service for people experiencing homelessness in Sabadell

Summary

Sabadell City Council is procuring an integrated, on-call cold-weather response service for people experiencing homelessness, with no division into lots. During protocol activations between 1 December 2026 and 31 March 2027, a mobile team will visit 35 vulnerable overnight locations to provide blankets, warm clothing and hot food and direct people to shelter. The service also includes a night shelter for 20 people—15 men and 5 women—with social support, basic necessities, meals, hygiene facilities and sleeping kits. The tender budget is EUR 38,865.36 including VAT.
