Energy Accounting and Management Platform Service

Summary

The Alt Penedès County Council is procuring a hosted energy-accounting and management platform to monitor and analyse municipal energy and water consumption and costs. The service includes platform licensing, hosting, maintenance, support, invoice and historical-data imports, and tools for managing municipal supply points and public-lighting inventories. It covers an estimated 1,000 supply points and is not divided into lots; the initial term is one year, with two possible one-year extensions.
