Maintenance and support services for the hospital data centre’s critical and non-critical IT infrastructure

The Hospital Universitari Germans Trias i Pujol is procuring a single-lot maintenance, technical support and hardware repair service for its critical and non-critical data-centre infrastructure from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The service covers the inventoried servers, storage systems, SAN, blade and composable infrastructure, and network switching equipment, including diagnosis, remote and on-site assistance, repairs and replacement parts.
