Support service for people experiencing homelessness in Granollers

Summary

Granollers City Council is procuring a two-lot homelessness support service. Lot 1 covers year-round outreach and socio-educational support across four stages: street-based assessment, seasonal overnight accommodation, short-stay accommodation and shared supported housing; the overnight facility has up to 12 beds and includes basic hygiene support. Lot 2 covers access control and basic premises supervision during the overnight service, for up to 12 hours a night over five months each year, with an estimated 1,812 service hours. The initial contract term is 24 months, with a possible 24-month extension.
