Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Metro Bilbao Lines 1 and 2 IP Data Transmission Network

Metro Bilbao is procuring a two-year contract in three blocks: preventive and corrective maintenance of the IP data transmission network on Lines 1 and 2; ExtremeCloud IQ Pilot SaaS Partner Care and management licences; and ExtremeCloud IQ Pilot and NAC SaaS licences. The maintenance covers network core and access equipment and the network management system, with up to €37,000 per year for maintenance, including up to €6,000 per year for special interventions. The contract also covers up to €115,000 for Partner Care and Pilot licences in 2027 and €14,000 for Pilot and NAC licences in 2028; the network inventory includes 247 devices, 298 Pilot licences and 1,000 NAC licences.
