Update, migration and modernisation of the CRM application for tourism events in San Sebastián

Summary

Donostia Turismoa is procuring the upgrade, migration and modernisation of its CRM application for managing congresses, event applications and the events calendar. The work includes migrating the legacy system from Symfony 2.0 to Symfony 7.4 LTS and PHP 8.x, modernising its interface and backend, and migrating existing data and functions while preserving current integrations. The scope also includes testing, deployment, technical documentation and a user manual, plus four months of post-launch correction of migration- or development-related defects.
