La Casa Primer supported housing service

Summary

The Municipality of Sant Adrià de Besòs is procuring the La Casa Primer supported housing service, based on the Housing First approach, for people experiencing homelessness or severe housing exclusion. The service combines integrated management of two homes with intensive social support, individual socio-educational assistance and community work. The initial term runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with an option to extend for one further year; the maximum initial-term amount is €118,070 excluding VAT (€142,864.70 including VAT).
