Maintenance, transport, assembly and dismantling of Mataró City Council’s scenic sets

The Ajuntament de Mataró is procuring a single, two-year service for maintaining, repairing, transporting, assembling and dismantling its scenic sets for cultural, festive and city-promotion events. The work covers items used for the Royal Camp, the Three Kings parade, the Christmas lights event and the Sardine Burial, and includes consumables and the rental of lighting, structures and auxiliary equipment. The contract excludes constructing new scenic sets and managing sets for the municipality’s regular performing-arts and music programme.
