Reconstruction of the gym roof at Ortuella Municipal Sports Centre’s athletics module

Summary

Ortuella City Council is procuring works to reconstruct the roof of the gym in the athletics module of its municipal sports centre, with a six-month implementation period. The project also includes a continuous thermal envelope with improved insulation to the roof, façades and floor, a north-facing polycarbonate skylight, and new heating, cooling and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. The interior will include a 258.51 m² fitness room and a 97.89 m² multipurpose room. The contract is not divided into lots; its tender budget is €607,586 excluding VAT.
