Technical assistance for the Open School of Citizenship (HEI Eskola)

Summary

The Municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz is procuring technical assistance for HEI Eskola, its School of Citizenship, including programme planning, communication, management, delivery, monitoring and evaluation. The programme will include at least 25 activities and three events on civic participation and related themes. The contract also covers communication materials, including 4,000 printed leaflets each year, recordings of at least three events and an annual summary video. The one-year contract has a maximum budget of €58,500 including VAT, with two possible one-year extensions; it is not divided into lots.
