Renovation and improvement works at the Can Torrents building

Summary

The Roca del Vallès City Council is procuring the comprehensive renovation and improvement of the protected Can Torrents building for use as public municipal offices. The single, non-lotted works contract covers refurbishment throughout the building, including accessibility upgrades, an elevator, new bathrooms, structural and interior works, and replacement of electrical, water, drainage, heating, ventilation, telecommunications and fire-protection systems. The works are planned to take 32 weeks.
