English-language training for Bilbao Port Authority staff (2026)

Summary

The Bilbao Port Authority is procuring English-language training for its staff in two lots: in-person group and individual classes, and online self-study with supplementary one-to-one speaking sessions. Training covers speaking, writing, reading and listening at CEFR levels A1–C1. The service is intended for an estimated 60 participants per year; the online lot is planned for up to 35 participants. The contract runs for two years, with a possible one-year extension.
