Migration of the GPA Asset Management Suite to the Cloud and Comprehensive Support

Summary

The Municipality of Torre Pacheco is procuring the migration of its existing GPA public-asset management software from local infrastructure to a cloud-based SaaS service, together with subscription, activation, comprehensive support and maintenance for three years. The service must retain the existing modules for administration, initial inventory loading, proposals, asset management, year-end closing, queries, reports and insurance, and provide licences for at least three named users. The contract is a single lot, with a maximum budget of €91,476 including VAT; user and technical training is also included.
