The Municipality of Portell de Morella is procuring successive deliveries of untreated wood chips for its municipal biomass boiler, including loading, transport and unloading at Polígono 9, plot 183. The single-lot contract runs for two years, with estimated supply of 1,043,564.36 kWh of useful heat annually and 2,087,128.72 kWh over the contract; these estimates do not guarantee a minimum order volume. Billing is based on useful thermal energy recorded by the municipal boiler meter.
