On-premises implementation of a generative AI system at the data centre

Summary

The Catalan Data Protection Authority is procuring a single, undivided contract to design and implement an open-source generative AI system hosted entirely in its own data centre. The solution will include a corporate chatbot and administration interface, tools for generating, summarising, translating, correcting and transforming documents, specialised agents, and access to the Authority’s internal knowledge. Consultancy, implementation, staff training and support are included; delivery is organised into eight phases over a maximum of 12 months.
