SaaS platform for administrative case management with maintenance and technical support

Summary

Consorci Besòs Tordera is procuring a single, integrated SaaS platform for electronic administration and management of administrative case files, with secure cloud hosting, implementation, configuration, data migration, ongoing maintenance, updates and technical support. The platform will cover the unified incoming and outgoing electronic register, electronic case processing, the e-office, citizen and member portals, document management and electronic archiving, collegiate-body management, external electronic signatures, and integration with public-sector digital administration, procurement and transparency services. The initial term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions, for a maximum of four years; there are no lots. The estimated contract value is €244,145 excluding VAT.
