Conceptualisation, design, development and technical maintenance of websites

Summary

Barcelona City Council is procuring a single, non-lotted service to conceptualise, design, programme, create and publish supplied content for, and technically maintain websites managed by its Department of Communication. The work includes auditing and rationalising the web ecosystem, developing or evolving websites, migrating and updating Drupal sites, and providing technical support, accessibility, search-positioning and analytics-related services. The estimated two-year workload is 4,650 hours, covering an indicative annual programme of two high-complexity and one medium-complexity website, six low-complexity websites, and ongoing maintenance; the contract may be extended once for a further two years.
