Support service for managing the development of the Educational Afternoons programme

Summary

The Barcelona City Council is procuring a 24-month service to support the management and delivery of its Educational Afternoons programme, with a possible extension bringing the total term to 48 months. The work covers support and coordination for education and community organisations; approval and monitoring of providers and activities; online enrolment and administration of financial aid; campaign information, communications and evaluation; and maintenance and development of the municipal applications used to manage the programme. The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated base budget is €776,170.54 including VAT (€641,463.26 excluding VAT).
