Training programmes to develop managers’ interpersonal communication and communication skills

Summary

The Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals (CCMA) is procuring a framework agreement for practical communication-skills training for managers, with no division into lots. The programme covers complex conversations, public speaking and effective meetings, delivered in person and/or online; approximately 10–12 four-hour modules are planned each year, with up to 12–15 participants per module. The estimated contract value is €60,000 excluding VAT.
