Cádiz City Council is procuring technical consultancy services to analyse, describe and preliminarily evaluate all municipal job-position types. The work covers an organisational and pay-structure diagnosis, a descriptive catalogue of duties and responsibilities, a preliminary evaluation proposal, training and technical support for the evaluation commission, and advice to the Personnel Department during negotiations and challenges. The integrated contract has no lots and is planned to run for 20 months; its maximum budget is €150,000 including VAT.
