Maintenance, inspection and repair of document and publication binding machinery in 2027

Summary

The Spanish Ministry of Defence’s Teaching Support Centre is procuring on-demand maintenance, inspection, servicing, adjustment and, where necessary, repairs for 13 machines used to bind documents and publications. The equipment includes guillotines, booklet and perfect binders, a laminator, a folder-feeder, punching and drilling machines, spiral-binding equipment, a shredder, a stamping press, a creasing machine and an index die-cutter. The service is scheduled for 2027, from 1 January or the later contract-signing date until 30 November or exhaustion of available funds, whichever comes first; the contract is not divided into lots.
