Travel agency services

Summary

The Castellón Provincial Tourism Board is procuring a single-provider travel agency service for its staff and invited tourism professionals and journalists. The service covers booking, issuing, changing and cancelling air, land and sea transport and accommodation; arranging vehicle hire, event spaces, transfers, catering and other food services, active-tourism activities and guides; and handling visas and travel insurance. The contract runs from 1 January to 15 December 2027, with an option to extend for up to one further year. The estimated budget for the initial term is €100,000 including VAT (€82,644.63 excluding VAT); the service is not divided into lots.
