Framework Agreement for Engineering and Sustainment Support to Air and Space Force Weapon Systems

Summary

The Spanish Air and Space Force Logistics Command is procuring a single, integrated framework agreement for engineering and sustainment support for its weapon systems and associated common and logistical systems, including technical documentation, test benches, simulators and support equipment. The work covers combat, transport and maritime patrol aircraft, helicopters, remotely piloted aircraft, other aircraft, command and control, communications and navigation systems, as well as related maintenance, airworthiness, training, engineering and digitalisation activities. The estimated workload is 1,375,500 labour hours over 24 months; the agreement has a budget of €76,165,618.12 excluding VAT and may be extended for up to a further 24 months. Reimbursable items include necessary travel, relevant software and licences, external engineering tests, technical documents and materials or rugged computing equipment for specific training.
