Organisation and coordination of the 2027 Cáceres Bird Festival

Summary

The Extremadura Department of Culture, Tourism and Sport is procuring the organisation, delivery and coordination of the 17th Cáceres Bird Festival, to be held on 21–22 May 2027 in Cáceres’s historic monumental centre. The single, non-lotted contract covers event logistics, including 11 marquees and furniture, promotional banners and displays, digital advertising, printed materials and merchandise, staffing, security, cleaning, lighting, medical assistance and public-liability insurance. It also includes guided activities and visitor support, with a final report, photographs and a 2–4-minute video; the contract period runs from 1 April to 15 June 2027. The estimated value is €28,104.21 excluding VAT (€34,006.09 including VAT).
