Maintenance and copy services for five Canon multifunction devices

Summary

The CEMCI is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance for five Canon multifunction devices at its premises in Granada, including technical support, configuration assistance, repairs and replacement parts, printing charged per copy, and toner and other consumables. Paper is excluded. The initial two-year contract may be extended by a further two years; estimated use over the initial term is 495,000 black-and-white copies, 16,500 colour copies and 120 machine-months of maintenance, with payment based on actual use.
