Property damage insurance for the assets of the Port Authority of Alicante

Summary

The Port Authority of Alicante is procuring a single all-risks material damage insurance policy for its buildings, installations, machinery, furniture, electronic equipment and works of art. The policy will cover sudden, accidental and unforeseen damage unless expressly excluded; maritime structures and assets in, on or under water are excluded. The insured values are €32,058,213.08 for buildings, €1,891,935.28 for contents including electronic equipment, and €511,142 for works of art. The initial term is 1 January–31 December 2027, with two possible one-year extensions; the contract is not divided into lots.
