Spain’s Meetings Industry Report 2026 and Forecasts for 2027–2028

Summary

The Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces is procuring an integrated service to produce the 2026 report on Spain’s meetings industry and forecasts for 2027 and 2028. The work covers activity, supply and demand, average visitor spending and economic impact, as well as strategy, sustainability, legacy and good practices among Spain Convention Bureau destinations. It also includes support for destinations using the Bureau’s digital data tools and delivery of a preliminary report, full report, executive summary, presentation and reusable data and calculation files.
