Summary

Sareb is procuring recurring employment-law and social-security advice, including legal opinions, document review and preparation, and representation in relevant conciliation and court proceedings. The contract also covers strategic employment advice, activated when required, to support Sareb’s 2027 liquidation plan and related organisational transformation, restructuring, workforce reduction or business succession. The service is sized for an average workforce of 255 employees, runs for 12 months with a possible 12-month extension, and is not divided into lots.
