Installation and event services for La Vila del Nadal

Summary

The Diputació de València is procuring the setup, maintenance and dismantling of the infrastructure for La Vila del Nadal, a Christmas tourism event at Plaça de Manises in València, scheduled for 18 December 2026 to 5 January 2027. The single, undivided contract also covers event organisation and family activities, daily cleaning, unarmed security, and the associated temporary installations, including themed wooden booths, a children’s activity area, a stage, lighting and audiovisual equipment. Installation is planned for 14–17 December 2026, with dismantling to be completed by 7 January 2027 at 15:00.
