Communication services for the Oviedo Integra+ Plan

Summary

The Municipality of Oviedo is procuring an integrated communications campaign for the Oviedo Integra+ local development plan, as a single contract without lots, with a maximum term of three years. The work includes six videos of at least two minutes each with English subtitles, at least 18 infographics, two public events, eight advertising billboards, seven posters and promotional materials: 2,000 pens, 1,000 notebooks, 1,000 badges, 500 stickers, 1,000 A4 folders and 30 durable display banners measuring 85 × 200 cm. The initial budget is €42,987.58 excluding VAT (€52,014.97 including VAT).
