Comprehensive organisation and delivery of the Three Kings Parade

Fene Town Council is procuring the comprehensive organisation and delivery of the Three Kings Parade on 5 January 2027, with a possible repeat on 5 January 2028 under a one-year extension. The single-lot service covers the parade, including at least four decorated floats, performers and animation groups, as well as the royal reception, children’s party, sound and technical arrangements, and distribution of 200 kg of sweets. The annual budget is €25,000 excluding VAT (€30,250 including VAT).
