Maintenance of Ocean Live Park port areas for The Ocean Race 2027 in Alicante

Sociedad de Proyectos para la Transformación Digital is procuring a single, integrated maintenance service for the Ocean Live Park on quays 10, 12 and 14 at the Port of Alicante, for The Ocean Race 2027. The work covers an initial facilities audit, repairs and upkeep of port areas and amenities, temporary drinking-water and sewer connections, corrective maintenance, event support, and removal of temporary installations and restoration of the site. The park covers more than 55,000 m² and is scheduled to open to the public from 8 to 17 January 2027. The estimated contract value is €59,543.44 excluding VAT (€72,047.56 including VAT); the contract is not divided into lots.
