Summary

The Valencia Clínico-Malvarrosa Health Department is procuring comprehensive maintenance of its access control system. The scope covers preventive, corrective, predictive and statutory maintenance, repairs, software updates and user training across 1,325 doors, 94 online wireless wall readers, 28 offline wall readers, 5 update units and 83 hubs; equipment in buildings B, C and H is expected to enter service around January 2027. The contract also includes spare parts, unlimited remote support during working hours and at least 100 hours of on-site assistance each year.
